About


My name is Selly Wunderink, a Chindo raised in the Netherlands. Started my corporate career at one of the Big 4 consultancy firms and continued in the financial industry in different roles. From projectmanagement to leading a diverse and distributed expert teams.


As a certified transformational leadership coach and yoga teacher, I will guide you to incorporate rituals in your daily routine as preventive self-care. 




Sessions

Innerboardroom coaching


1-on-1 coaching sessions using the Voice dialogue method. Become aware of your own boardroom, your inner wisdom and your decision-making processes. In individual or small group sessions, I provide guidance in self-inquiry, acceptance of self, a reality check and activation, we collaborate to craft the leadership you need for your business strategy execution, to create your professional career or manage your team.

Personal Body & Mind session 

In our daily life we are faced with a constant information load combined with the desire of instant success. A high demand that can result in disbalance and restlessness. 

Award yourself a 1-hour Body & Mind session, turning inwards in meditation, feeling your life force using breathworks techniques and be concious of your body with yoga moves.  Location from the convenience of your  home (Amstelveen region only), Amsterdamse bos location or Shiva Yoga Center (Amstelveen).  

Easy running session


60 min running therapy outside focussing on your breathing techniques, heart rate, flexibility and mobility. 


Easy running sessions are guided by registered running therapist and certified running coach.
